Fewer repetitive tasks. More time for your actual work.
I automate whatever is costing you time: scripts, AI assistants, software connected to each other, websites and custom tools. Fixed price quoted before we start, with a first version for you to approve when the quote includes one.

What I do for you.
Six services, one point of contact. Price depends on the project, with a fixed quote given before we start.
VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI)A first version to approve early: you see progress.
Three steps, and you see it moving forward.
-
01
You describe your need
Two minutes of form: your goal, your tools, your deadline. Your own words are enough, no jargon needed.
-
02
I send you a fixed quote
What will be done, when, and for how much. It doesn't change. You accept it, we sign the contract, and work starts once payment is received.

03
You approve, I deliver
When the quote includes it, a first version arrives quickly. You try it, I adjust it, then I deliver the final version with a short guide.
Want a change later?A small one-off quote, no subscription, no commitment.
A task is taking too much of your time?Describe it in two minutes and I'll tell you what is feasible, and at what price.
Describe my needWhat automation changes.
A common case: a customer request comes in through your website form. Here is what disappears from your day.
BeforeBy hand
- You read the request email
- You copy the contact details into a spreadsheet
- You create the record in your software
- You send a confirmation
- You note to follow up, and sometimes forget
Every request, the same motions.
AfterAutomatic
The form is submittedBy your customer, on your site
The customer record is createdIn your CRM or spreadsheet
The confirmation goes outWith a message in your name
The follow-up is scheduledYou are reminded when the time comes
You stay in control of whatever needs your judgement.
For small businesses short on time.
Tradespeople and shops
Quotes, follow-ups, appointments: less paperwork, more time for your customers.
Freelancers
You do everything yourself. What repeats can run on its own.
SMEs and small teams
Your software doesn't talk to each other, and the team retypes from one to the other.
Associations
Memberships, registrations, emails to members: volunteers freed from repetitive tasks.

“I don't deliver anything I haven't tested myself, and the price quoted is the price you pay.”
Arvenia is me. You deal with the person who designs, builds and tests your tool, from the first message to delivery.
- Tested before deliveryOn real cases, yours when possible.
- ExplainedA short guide, in plain language.
- StraightforwardIf a tool isn't the right answer, I'll tell you.

Another question? Put it in your request, I aim to reply within 24 business hours.
How much does a job cost?
It depends on the project, with a fixed quote given before we start. A small task costs little, a full tool costs more. The quote is free and non-binding, and the price it sets doesn't change afterwards.
I don't know exactly what I need.
That is the most common case. Describe the problem in your own words: I'll suggest the simplest solution, sometimes without building anything at all.
How does payment work?
If you come straight to this site: a contract is signed by both parties, you pay the full amount before delivery, then the service is delivered. If you come from Codeur: everything happens on the platform, with its protection. Nothing is due until you have accepted the quote.
What happens after delivery?
You get 30 days of fixes included. Later, if you want the tool to evolve, I'll offer a small one-off quote, no subscription, no commitment.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
When the quote includes it, you approve a first version before the final delivery. After delivery, you have 8 days to report a deviation from the quote and 30 days of fixes at no extra cost. You can also cancel at any time: payment is refunded if work hasn't started, otherwise you pay only for what has been done. The details are in the terms and conditions.
Who owns what you deliver?
You do. Once the job is paid, you can use, modify and distribute what was delivered freely. Your files and your data remain yours.
What happens to my data?
It is used only for your job. If it is sensitive, I can work on an extract or an anonymised version. The details are in the privacy policy.
